Classes at the Toronto Navara Centre are held at 538 Dundas St West, 2nd Floor:

  • Tuesday  7:30 pm - 9:30 pm (Advanced)
  • Thursday 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm (Beginners) and 9:30pm - 10:30pm (Advanced)
  • Saturday 11:00am - 1:00 pm (Beginners) and 3:00pm - 5:00pm (Advanced)

  • New students are welcome to attend their first class at the beginners class on the Saturday.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes early as latecomers will not be permitted.
  • Please turn all cell phones and pagers off upon entering the studio.
  • Please refrain from wearing any heavy fragrances when coming to class.
