Words of wisdom:
"Hold on to the Light, yet do not grasp.
Hold on to that thought which started your spiritual journey and why you started it, yet do not become obsessed.
Hold on to that greater purpose of why you are here no matter how difficult or unpleasant things may seem to be, yet forget eventually purpose, difficulty and unpleasantness.
Hold firmly in your mind the image of your Guru while being aware, yet allow yourself to be in the world.
Hold on to God and the Light, yet completely let go and finally reach God..."
