Preliminary levels of Navara

In order to successfully learn Navara, one must practice the integral classical yoga teachings for at least one year, mastering the basic and necessary skills which are prerequisites for Navara.

During the preliminary level, the Navara teachers will closely work with their students - helping them to increase their spiritual maturity, morality, self-control, loyalty, humbleness and faith in God which are required on any serious spiritual path.

An important aspect is to develop a stronger inner spiritual relationship with their Guru. Because based on it, the practitioner will be accepted to higher levels of initiation - and as a consequence, will achieve higher and faster spirtual progress.

 

During the preliminary levels

you will:

  • Have the necessary tools and guidance to develop spiritually up to the level required to receive the first Navara initiation.
  • Receive authentic initiations and learn the most important and essential teachings of all classical types of Yoga (Raja, Jnana, Bhakti, Karma, Mantra, Hatha) from the most important Yoga Schools of India.
  • Learn how to reconnect with God and develop your sanctity by prayer, prostrations, moral conduct, sacraments and studies of sacred texts.
  • Achieve good health, rejuvenate, gain self-control over breathing, learn deep and analytical relaxation, improve your power of concentration, achieve deep inner peace and enter meditative trance (Dhyana and Samadhi).

 

Specific Levels of Navara

9 main levels:

First the disciple is given the Initiation of Entering Navara (similar to Baptism) and a spiritual name. Then the disciple will learn the 9 levels of Navara.

1st Level

  • Experience the Astral World, achieve advanced extrasensory perception, see the aura, chakras and spirits. Become free of sins and karma.

2nd Level

  • Experience the high Paradise of Angels, become a saint, control Kundalini and gain divine grace and extraordinary psychic powers.

3rd Level

  • Learn the out-of-body experience, then near-death experience, then see God and unite with Him (experiencing the Enlightenment and Liberation named Nirvana), the ultimate goal of Yoga, Buddhism and all religions.

Levels Above 3rd (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9)

  • Are reserved for the already enlightened masters, helping them to reach higher states of Divine Consciousness. These extremely high states of spirituality are taught only in Navara.

The 9th Level is the practitioner's ultimate goal - the highest level of consciousness:
